COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DIVISION - From start-up, NHRE was formed to
fill a void in the marketing and sale of larger, specialty
properties such as raw land, approved subdivisions, condominium
developments, large apartment complexes, mobile home parks, mixed
use commercial buildings, mill complexes, and industrial land
and/or buildings. NHRE's unique approach has focused on the
confidential and discrete promotion of these properties. Our
objective is to actively market properties to prospective buyers
with out drawing any unwanted attention from tenants and local
community. We accomplished this via extensive prior market research,
a local profile, selected target market and advertising media, and
out of town financing and closing. Bankers and developers have
recognized the strengths of this NHRE division for its creativity
in adaptive building/land use and financing. Additionally, they
are pleased to know NHRE's other divisions can handle the end user
in a complementary fashion. During 1992, NHRE was
exclusive sales agent for approximately 281 multi-family units in five
separate properties owned by the FDIC but managed by RECOLL Management
Corp. NHRE sold all of the above units. NHRE employs brokers and
real estate agents licensed in Maine and New Hampshire.
